H:

Host:

The computer/user in control of a server. If you start a multiplayer game, and other gamers connect to your computer to play, you are the host (like hosting a party).

HoT:

Healing over time (see also: DoT)

HUD:

Heads-Up Display. Usually shows the player's health, ammo count, active weapon and armour level.
