The City of Divine Illusion was created by the hopes and dreams of the Lady Divine, Elleana Sapphire Valdimont, and the Lord of Illusions, Lazarus Valdimont, who saught a world ruled without hatred and war. The world they left was in a constant battle with another land. The leaders led the city forcing hatred onto the citizens and their families. Refusing new residents because of where they came from or what their families were known for.

After gaining their titles, the two left and put all of their money into the development of a city where all would be treated equally by the leaders regardless of power or origin. The city was then named after it's founders, the City of Divine Illusion. As their hopes grew so did the city, inviting all in, no matter their background or family. This city soon became the capital of the world now known as Divine Illusion.
