DESCRIPTION OF GATES OF SURVIVAL
Legend has it, that long long ago, there was a place where kings ruled, and where people had a good life. Then, one day all of that changed in an instant........It was a fine day in Lankis, the sun was shining bright, and all was going well in that land. After half-way through the day, clouds came pouring in, and what was thought to be just a thunderstorm was not going to be that at all.
In a place not to distant from Lankis, there is a place of Wizardry and Magic, a place where all the evil gathers. They have had many wars with the town of Lankis, all proven that the kings army is un-beatable, the wars all ended in the kings favor. With the repedative lose streak on the wizards side, they had to come up with a plan to finally take down the King and the town of Lankis.
A few months before, A villager was walking through the town of Lankis, and stumbled upon something strange; something he had never seen before. The villager then brought the object to the King, and the King observed it for hours. After his observation was complete on this object, he rendered it as nothing harmful; just an ordinary object. The King did not know of what true power that object held. The King gave the object back to the villager and then the villager set off towards home. The villager, thinking that it might be something useful, stored it away in his home.
Life went on for them, and the usual wars went on through the years.. The King always prevailing in the wars.
The object that the villager had found and stored away was still in his home. Although, that villager passed away suddenly after finding that object. In fact, he died the day after he got the object. Not leaving any sign of where he hid the object, no one has found it since. Although, we are sure that it still exists and is in that very home.
Resuming the day, lightning started to strike, the thunder started to get louder and louder, The wind was picking up at a fast pace, and the lightning started to get more fearce. It was as if there was some evil force there, as if something horrible was about to happen to the town of Lankis.....
The storm rampaged through the town, destroying all in its path. Killing villagers, turning the once beautiful land of Rilo into a desiment wasteland. In the storms rampage, it headed towards the Kings castle. All the Kings knights tryed their hardest to stop the storm, they raised the bridge, built barracades, all proven useless... The storm rampaged straight through the castle, wrecking it in an instant. Killing all who were inside. In its rampage, it destroyed the house of where that villager lived, and there was no sight of the object that he had found. Although the only ones who knew what it looked like was the King, and the villager.. And with both of them dead... The object was never found. The storm rampaged through the whole land of Rilo, it had also claimed the lives of the Wizards and Witches. After it had ended, the land was silent.... No creature was left living, or so we thought.....
