DESCRIPTION OF EPICBEYOND

Decades ago the power of magic started to fade. Kings, priests and wizards alike

began to grasp what was left of that mystical energy called mana. But this greedful

struggle soon drowned the land in war and destruction. The elder races - suspecting

magic to wither at all - began to save the powers of mana. In a daring attempt

they gathered the magical energy that was still spread throughout the land.

Then they concealed this mana in any form they could - and after they did,

they were sworn to an oath: To remain silent forevermore.

Many years passed until the first mana wars ended. And after that it took

uncountable decades until the land began to prosper again. The elder races died

during theese days and with them the knowledge about magic at all. Peace availed

freedom and that freedom made culture a possibility again. A culture without

magic - a culture without war.

Just as it seemed that a golden age was about to broach, mana was rediscovered.

And as soon as they noticed, the leaders of man began to grasp what was found -

of that magical energy called...
